The first version of the Carrier Performance report is live. It covers the Free-tier dashboard KPIs computed directly from the visibility and execution data. The new report allows the user to switch the data visualization mode from absolute value to evolution or distribution.
The initial set of KPIs cover:
- Vessel changes — booking-request vessel vs. actual, and booking-confirmed vessel vs. actual
- Transshipment efficiency — unexpected transshipments vs. booking, actual vs. estimated dwell time, distribution buckets (<1 week / 1–2 weeks / >2 weeks), against the 7-calendar-day LDC threshold
- On-time departure — actual vs. estimated departure is live; still missing the “ETD at EPU, last confirmed” variant
- On-time arrival — live on the last-confirmed basis
- Transit time compliance — actual vs. requested and actual vs. average delay are live Service
- Booking confirmation delay — latency after first and subsequent requests; % confirmed complete and accurate within 2 working days
- Booking rejection — % rejected, by container and by booking
- Allocation vs. confirmed — allocated vs. confirmed containers, carrier commitment vs. requested/confirmed volumes (accounting for cancellations on both sides)
- Tracking data quality — event completeness, latency, number of updates to departure (BC→ATD) and arrival (BC→ATA) timestamps, and a Data Confidence Score
- Volume context — TEU and booking counts by origin, destination, O/D pair, carrier, and platform
- % spot rates used — spot vs. total shipments, auto-tagged at booking
